Ballistic tests show the bullets that killed two bystanders at the Bite of Seattle festival do not match the untraceable ghost gun a 15-year-old fired.Shell casings indicate four guns were fired in the shootout that left three people dead, including a 19-year-old suspect who died during the gunbattle, and at least four others injured, including a toddler.The King County prosecutor has charged the 15-year-old with first-degree assault with a firearm enhancement and unlawful possession by someone under 18 and has requested the case be moved to adult court.Police say they are investigating possible gang links, continuing forensic ballistics work, reviewing video and witness statements, and are seeking an eighth person with a possible gunshot wound who left a hospital before detectives could interview them.
