Israel will maintain a military buffer zone up to the Litani River in southern Lebanon to neutralize Hezbollah and Radwan forces.Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that over 600,000 displaced residents are barred from returning to the region which covers 8 percent of Lebanese territory.The plan includes the demolition of border villages using tactics similar to those employed by the military in Gaza.
