Ryan Hosso fatally shot his wife Madeline Spatafore at her father's home in Seven Fields before taking his own life in the nearby woods.Pennsylvania State Police discovered the bodies after the suspect called his parents early Monday to confess and express suicidal intent.Investigators are currently examining the scene to identify a motive for the death of the physician assistant and her husband.
