Fox Corporation has officially announced a 22 billion dollar deal to acquire the streaming service Roku.The transaction aims to bolster direct-to-consumer reach by combining live content with massive distribution.Both company boards have unanimously approved the agreement, which expects to close in early 2027.Shareholders of the combined entity will reflect a 73 percent to 27 percent split after the merger completes.
