Researchers from Lund University and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences exposed a "forestry industrial complex" that dictates national policy through hidden lobbying.The report commissioned by the Swedish Forest Agency identifies the Social Democrats and the Centre Party as the primary architects of this system since the 1990s.Former Prime Minister Stefan Löfven and former leader Annie Lööf were cited as key examples of high-level figures transitioning from government into private lobbying firms.
