Venezuelan officials labeled a lethal U.S. military raid to capture Nicolás Maduro a war crime after at least 24 security officers were killed.The operation at the Fuerte Tiuna base also resulted in the deaths of 32 Cuban military personnel, leading Cuba to declare two days of national mourning.While Maduro pleaded not guilty to drug trafficking charges in a New York court, Donald Trump defended the mission following criticism from political opponents.
