RFK Jr. Downplays Trump-Kennedy Center Backlash

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. brushed aside a family backlash over Donald Trump’s name being added to the John F. Kennedy Center, saying in a CBS News interview that he has “bigger fish to fry” and is focused on children’s health.The White House had confirmed the board voted unanimously to rename the venue the Trump-Kennedy Center, with Karoline Leavitt praising Trump’s role in “saving the building” through reconstruction, finances, and reputation.Artists including Béla Fleck, Chuck Redd, and Stephen Schwartz have canceled or boycotted appearances after Trump replaced the board, named himself chairman, and Richard Grenell defended the change as welcoming to all.
