Forensic analysis by the Carabinieri's scientific department (RIS) has introduced new evidence suggesting the 2013 death of David Rossi, former head of communications for Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS), was a homicide, not suicide.Tests indicate that Rossi's left wrist was held as he dangled from his office balcony at Rocca Salimbeni, a finding that has prompted the parliamentary inquiry commission to focus on homicide and has led Rossi's daughter to assert her father was killed.
