Michael Virgil died on a Royal Caribbean cruise to Mexico after allegedly being overserved alcohol and subdued by crew with excessive force.A lawsuit filed by his fiancée, Connie Aguilar, claims Royal Caribbean crew members "negligently" overserved Virgil, who showed obvious signs of intoxication.The family claims the crew's actions caused hypoxia, impaired ventilation, respiratory failure, and ultimately cardiopulmonary arrest, leading to his death, ruled a homicide.
