The US Treasury has launched a new mobile app to manage federally-backed investment accounts for children.Parents can register eligible minors born between 2025 and 2028 to receive a $1,000 initial seed deposit.The program encourages long-term saving through annual contributions from families and employers.Full investment features will become available during a phased rollout ending on July 4.
