The National Transportation Safety Board is probing a Pacific Aerospace Limited 750XL crash that kills 12 after takeoff from Butler Memorial Airport and finds no evidence of mechanical failure or fuel contamination.The pilot, Kurt John Roy, recorded more than 4,100 flight hours and had flown two successful trips earlier that day; witnesses say the plane veered left and burst into flames while damaged GoPro cameras are being analyzed.Victims include
