France is summoning the Russian ambassador after intelligence services attribute a widespread cyber campaign to the Russian Federal Security Service and announce targeted sanctions.The campaign has struck about ten European countries, including France, and has hit government ministries, private companies and service operators with operations that aim at espionage or sabotage, including attempts to disrupt rail infrastructure in Poland.French Foreign Minister
