Gabriel Boric confirmed five deaths after a gas tanker truck exploded in the Renca commune of Santiago on Thursday morning.The explosion resulted in 16 injuries as Carabineros de Chile reported that the vehicle lost control due to excessive speed before overturning on the highway.Claudio Orrego noted that the fire destroyed 7 vehicles and damaged nearby businesses while prosecutors investigated the driver's responsibility.
