A young Somali girl has successfully challenged her rejection at the German border and intends to continue her legal proceedings, as confirmed by the Berlin Administrative Court.Federal Minister of the Interior Alexander Dobrindt attributed this case to being one of several similar "case-by-case decisions" connected to stricter border controls he ordered shortly after taking office. The Administrative Court has queried whether the three individuals previously sent back to Poland consider their situation resolved, while the girl aims to establish through ongoing proceedings that her rejection was unlawful.
