Pennsylvania Parents Charged After Toddler Reached Into Wolf Enclosure at Hersheypark ZooAmerica

Pennsylvania authorities charged Carrie Sortor and Stephen Wilson with child endangerment after their toddler was injured by a wolf at Hersheypark ZooAmerica.The seventeen-month-old boy crawled under a fence and reached into the enclosure while his parents were distracted by their mobile phones twenty-five feet away.Zoo officials stated the wolf responded with natural investigatory behavior and that the child remained outside the habitat during the minor incident.
