Yum Brands confirmed a 2.7 billion dollar agreement to sell its Pizza Hut restaurant chain.LongRange Capital will acquire operations outside of mainland China for 1.5 billion dollars.Yum China Holdings plans to purchase the mainland China business division for 1.2 billion dollars.The company initiated this strategic review last November following ongoing declines in store sales.
