Mike Fincke and Zena Cardman Return Following First ISS Medical Evacuation
NASA is expediting a mid-February replacement mission after Mike Fincke and Zena Cardman returned to Earth during the first-ever medical evacuation from the ISS.The SpaceX "Dragon" capsule carrying the "Crew-11" mission splashed down off the coast of San Diego on January 15 following a medical emergency during a spacewalk.The international crew spent 167 days in orbit and is currently undergoing medical evaluations at a hospital while station operations continue with reduced staffing.
