Ohio law enforcement arrests four adults after 16 children, ages 1.5 to 18, are found in deplorable medical condition at a rural Hamden home and two children are flown to level one trauma centers.Prosecutors charge Gary Siders Jr., Gary Siders Sr., Christina Siders and Elizabeth Siders with second-degree felony child endangerment for causing serious physical harm while Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson says investigators executed search warrants and the case does not appear to involve human trafficking.Authorities say the adults were traveling with the children and were not local residents, and the investigation continues with additional warrants, evidence collection and upcoming
