Collin Gosselin is releasing a memoir that accuses his parents, Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin, of abuse including confinement and forced antipsychotics.The book, In the Shadow of Eight, will be published on Oct. 13 and follows posts Collin shared on Instagram and a recent dinner in Los Angeles with Alexia Umansky, who publicly praises his courage.Kate Gosselin denies the claims, has previously called Collin mentally ill and said she cannot sue for defamation because she is a public figure; Collin worked with a ghostwriter and says the memoir is meant as a message of survival and recovery.
