Todd Meadows Dies After Falling Overboard From Aleutian Lady Ship

Todd Meadows, a 25-year-old deckhand on the reality series "Deadliest Catch," died after falling overboard from the Aleutian Lady in the Bering Sea.The US Coast Guard is investigating the incident which occurred 170 miles north of Dutch Harbor while production for the 22nd season was underway.Captain Rick Shelford and crew members paid tribute to the father of three as a GoFundMe campaign raised over $32,000 for his family.
