Kansas City International Airport resumed operations following a security threat that forced the evacuation of 2,000 passengers.The facility was cleared and declared safe after Sean Duffy and the FBI concluded a multi-hour investigation on Sunday.Departing flights remained grounded while aircraft that had recently landed were held on taxiways during the multi-hour closure.Police units searched the terminal with K9 teams after the potential threat was first reported on Sunday morning.
