The Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners has denied an early release request from former NFL wide receiver Henry Ruggs III.He is currently serving a prison sentence following a 2021 high-speed crash that killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog.Records indicate he was driving at 156 miles per hour with a blood-alcohol level of 0.16 percent at the time of the fatal collision.He will remain at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center until his next eligibility review prior to his 2027 release date.
