Venezuela is restructuring its military operations following a USA strike in Caracas that resulted in the capture of Nicolas Maduro and Cilia Flores.Acting President Delcy Rodriguez and Foreign Minister Yvan Gil have pledged to use all diplomatic and legal avenues to secure the release of the detained couple from New York.Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez demanded the return of the former leader while 47 soldiers were confirmed dead in the January operation.
