Judge Rejects Edited Footage as Prosecutors Seek Raw Video and DNA Link in Tyler Robinson Case

A judge in Utah rejected edited surveillance video prosecutors submitted and said prosecutors acknowledged they do not yet have the raw footage but expect to obtain it and to present DNA linking Tyler Robinson to the murder weapon.Utah Valley University officer Christopher Bagley testified he saw what he described as a rooftop sniper position near the Turning Point USA event where Charlie Kirk was shot, while prosecutors introduced footage showing Tyler Robinson moving near his vehicle and said they have messages and an alleged note to a roommate in which he admitted the shooting.Judge Tony Graf privately viewed additional footage and visibly winced during the hearing as family members including Erika Kirk and her parents left the courtroom and Donald Trump Jr. attended; defense attorneys pressed to exclude evidence and to remove the death penalty as the preliminary hearing seeks probable cause to send the case to trial.
