Janette MacAusland is charged with the murder of her two young children after she confessed to strangling them in their Wellesley home during a contentious divorce.Following the discovery of the children's bodies, the acupuncturist appeared in a Vermont court and waived extradition to return to Massachusetts.She is currently held without bail as prosecutors proceed with two counts of murder and a charge as a fugitive from justice.
