USA Launches Gaza Peace Plan Phase Two as Technical Government Commences

A Palestinian technical government has begun operations in Gaza to oversee reconstruction efforts as the USA launches the second phase of its regional peace plan.The transitional administration, which received rare joint approval from both Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, will operate under the supervision of an international Board of Peace.Diplomatic challenges remain as Hamas continues to refuse disarmament during ongoing negotiations in Cairo despite the initiation of this new governance phase.
