Bode Miller, 48, is arrested in Idaho earlier this month after prosecutors say they found 4.1 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and charged him with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Court records filed in Fremont County Court say authorities recovered the psilocybin in a white dispensary bag and prosecutors filed misdemeanor counts rather than felony charges.Miller retired from competitive alpine skiing in 2017 with six Olympic medals including a gold and has since focused on family life with his wife Morgan Beck Miller and on water-safety advocacy after the death of his daughter Emeline.He posted a $5K cash bond, pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for a pretrial hearing in late July in
Fremont County Court; his attorney has not commented.
