King Mohamed VI of Morocco joins the new Peace Council as France declines an invitation to the diplomatic body led by Trump.Member countries are reportedly asked to pay one billion dollars for permanent seats in the organization which aims to oversee Gaza reconstruction and global stability.While Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney will participate without paying the fee, Trump retains sole authority to invite leaders and veto decisions within the charter.
