James Murdoch Acquires Vox Media Assets Including New York Magazine for Over Three Hundred Million

Lupa Systems has finalized an agreement to purchase major Vox Media assets for over $300 million.The acquired portfolio includes the prominent New York magazine and the vast Vox Media Podcast Network.Vox Media Chief Executive Officer Jim Bankoff will lead the newly formed subsidiary under James Murdoch.Other company properties like The Verge and Eater will separate into an independent entity led by Ryan Pauley.
