Federal Prosecutors Charge Lobbyist Joshua Nass With Extorted Payment Threats Against Ex-Client

Federal prosecutors in New York arrested Joshua Nass on charges of attempted extortion after he allegedly threatened a former client.The FBI alleges that the lobbyist demanded 500,000 dollars regarding past work performed for a convicted executive.Nass was released on a 5 million dollar bond and could face a 20 year prison sentence if he is convicted.
