A jury convicted former New York state trooper Christopher Baldner of manslaughter for a fatal high-speed chase that killed an eleven-year-old girl.Prosecutors proved Baldner used his patrol vehicle as a weapon by ramming the victim's sport utility vehicle during the incident.Baldner now faces a prison sentence of five to fifteen years when he appears in court for sentencing this June.
