Finland urged the USA to refrain from using Article 5 language in security guarantees for Ukraine following concerns that such phrasing could undermine NATO collective defense.Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen called for a firewall between NATO and Ukrainian security deals after a USA embassy telegram revealed fears of provoking Vladimir Putin.These diplomatic warnings coincide with a massive Russian attack on energy infrastructure and talks in Abu Dhabi involving Ukrainian negotiator Rustem Umerov.
