St. John's University head coach Rick Pitino has secured a restructured contract extension through the 2029-30 season.The agreement includes a substantial salary increase, making the 73-year-old the second-highest paid coach in the Big East.Pitino has achieved an 81-25 record and led the Red Storm to consecutive NCAA tournament appearances since March 2023.
