Justin Clarke-Samuel Jailed for 12 Years After Fatal Hit-and-Run

British rapper Justin Clarke-Samuel received a 12-year prison sentence for the hit-and-run death of Nepalese student Yubin Tamang in London.The star of the Netflix show "Supacell" was driving at double the speed limit while under the influence of alcohol and cannabis when he struck the victim and fled.Following the fatal collision in Ilford, the artist was also banned from driving for 17 years as the court heard he failed to call for help.
