A former soldier with a terrorism conviction, Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, killed an ROTC instructor and wounded others during a shooting at Old Dominion University.Jalloh, who had been released from prison early while under supervised release for past Islamic State ties, was killed by students after opening fire.Lawmakers and university officials are now demanding answers regarding why an individual with such a documented extremist background was able to acquire a firearm.
