USA Strike Kills Bilal Hasan al-Jasim Following Attacks on Soldiers

USA forces killed Al-Qaeda leader Bilal Hasan al-Jasim during a strike in northwest Syria after he was linked to a deadly ambush on American personnel last month.The operation, titled Hawkeye Strike, involved over 200 precision munitions targeting more than 100 Islamic State sites following the deaths of two soldiers and a translator in Palmyra.Admiral Brad Cooper stated that the mission demonstrates the resolve of the USA to pursue terrorists who attack its citizens as the military expands cooperation with Syrian and Jordanian forces.
