Secretary of State Marco Rubio is visiting New Delhi to mend frayed relations with India caused by US tariff policies and security policy disagreements.Rubio met with External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar to discuss trade deals and regional security cooperation within the Quad alliance.Both countries are working to overcome a significant trust deficit and align their strategic interests to counter growing regional influence from China.
