Caleb Foster is out for a foreseeable time after fracturing his right foot and undergoing surgery, and Duke coach Jon Scheyer says the guard will rehab but is unavailable for upcoming postseason play.Foster suffered the injury lunging for a loose ball against the University of North Carolina, was treated on the bench, left in a walking boot and has started every game this season with averages of 8.5 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists.Starting big man Patrick Ngongba II also will not play in this week's Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament while managing a separate foot issue, forcing Duke Blue Devils to adjust rotations as medical staff set recovery milestones.
