Michael McHenry faces second-degree murder charges after fatally stabbing his partner, Juliann Bachmann, at a Speedway gas station in Yaphank.The 40-year-old parolee fled the scene following the brutal assault but was apprehended by Suffolk County police approximately 12 hours later.During a court appearance in Central Islip, the defendant remained held without bail while the victim's family mourned the mother of three.
