International rescue teams from Thailand and China are working to reach seven men trapped inside a cave in Laos.The villagers became stuck more than one hundred meters underground after flash flooding blocked their exit following heavy rain.Emergency workers are currently deploying industrial pumps and thermal cameras to navigate the dangerous flooded tunnel system.Rescuers have not yet confirmed if the individuals are alive as heavy rainfall continues to obstruct the rescue operation.
