NASA Schedules Artemis II Lunar Mission for Reid Wiseman and Crew

NASA scheduled the Artemis II mission for March 6, 2026, to send Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen on a historic 10-day lunar orbit.The crew will enter pre-flight medical quarantine following a successful fuel test of the Space Launch System rocket at the Kennedy Space Center.This mission marks the first human voyage beyond the Moon since 1972 and aims to reach the lunar far side before returning for a Pacific Ocean splashdown.International partners are supporting the flight as a critical step toward establishing a long-term lunar presence and future human missions to Mars.
