NASA Schedules Reid Wiseman and Artemis II Crew for Moon Mission

NASA scheduled the Artemis II mission for March 6, 2026, to send four astronauts around the Moon for the first time in fifty years.Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen entered medical quarantine at the Kennedy Space Center following a final fuel test.The crew will travel aboard the Orion capsule propelled by the Space Launch System rocket to reach the lunar far side.This ten-day mission concludes with a splashdown in the Pacific Ocean and prepares the agency for eventual human exploration of Mars.
