Fubo TV has accused NBCUniversal of making "egregious" demands in a carriage dispute that resulted in a blackout of NBCUniversal channels on Fubo's platform, cutting off nearly 1.6 million subscribers from access to NBC, Bravo, CNBC, and Telemundo. The dispute intensified after Fubo criticized NBCUniversal for not granting rights to integrate Peacock to Fubo, unlike YouTube TV and Amazon Prime Video, and for refusing a flexible approach to channel offerings while also planning to spin off cable networks into Versant.
