Nick Reiner Pleads Not Guilty in Murder of Rob and Michele Reiner

Nick Reiner pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder following the fatal stabbing of his parents, filmmaker Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner.Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman confirmed the case is eligible for the death penalty after the bodies were discovered in the couple's Brentwood home.The 32-year-old appeared in court with a shaved head alongside his new lawyer, Kimberly Greene, after his previous attorney recused himself from the case.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 29 to determine if there is sufficient evidence for a trial regarding the deaths of the 36-year married couple.
