Antoine Forest and Mackenzie Gunther died after their Air Canada plane collided with a fire truck on the runway.The aircraft was landing at LaGuardia Airport when it struck the vehicle responding to a separate emergency.The NTSB is investigating a controller error that permitted both the jet and the truck on the same runway.Over forty people were injured in the crash which caused widespread flight cancellations across North America.
