Federal authorities have charged Austin Begay, Jaymes Fage, and Joshua Watkins in connection with the 2020 killing of Zachariah Shorty, as part of the FBI's Operation Not Forgotten, which has arrested over 1,123 people and identified more than 450 child victims. Zachariah Shorty's mother, Vangie Randall-Shorty, who has campaigned for justice, said she will continue advocating for her son despite feeling a heavy heart.
