A federal grand jury in Washington declined to indict six Democratic lawmakers after the DOJ sought charges related to a video advising military personnel to refuse illegal orders.Donald Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth previously labeled the video as seditious behavior, with Pete Hegseth attempting to demote Senator Mark Kelly in retaliation.The group of lawmakers, which also includes Elissa Slotkin and Jason Crow, maintained that the video merely quoted established military law and constitutional protections in the USA.
