The Vatican is returning 62 artifacts to Indigenous communities in Canada to reconcile and acknowledge past abuses by the Catholic Church.These items include a century-old Inuvialuit kayak, embroidered gloves from the Cree Nation, a mask, and a child's belt.The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops will oversee the return, working with Indigenous groups for community-led repatriation.
