Federal Workers Sue Over Trump Administration Gender Care Ban

Government employees filed a legal complaint after a Donald Trump administration policy eliminating gender-affirming care coverage took effect on Thursday.The Human Rights Campaign submitted the filing to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of workers from the State Department, Health and Human Services, and the USPS.Kelley Robinson stated the move aims to drive transgender staff out of the workforce, while Robert F.
