California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a fiery single-vehicle accident that claimed the life of "Call of Duty" co-creator Vince Zampella near Los Angeles.Zampella was driving a Ferrari on the Angeles Crest Highway when the vehicle struck a concrete barrier and caught fire, also resulting in the death of an unidentified passenger.The industry veteran recently served as head of the DICE studio for EA after a legendary career co-founding Infinity Ward and Respawn Entertainment.
